Études Studio offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all items in original, unworn condition with tags attached. We strive to ensure your experience is as refined as our collections by providing a streamlined process for returns and size exchanges.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at the designated carrier location within 7 days of your request approval.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our studio receives your return, our team will inspect the garments and process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
